What Tracie Does All Day

Planner Associate: As a Planner Associate, I am involved in monitoring and implementing clients’ financial plans. In a typical week, I assist in the preparation for upcoming meetings by gathering all pertinent information, creating agendas, and any paperwork that may be needed.  Meeting preparation varies depending upon the client’s agenda and what stage of the planning process the client is in.  I also request various documents from a client’s professionals and/or from clients directly.  I review insurance coverage, estate planning documents, tax returns, beneficiaries, and titling to ensure our financial planning software systems are up to date with this information. I participate in client meetings as well as handle any follow up actions that result from the meeting.  When I am not preparing for meetings, I am reviewing client data and software systems for accuracy as well as focusing on career development and implementing best practices.
