Getting KFG Email To The Right Person

kfg_logoWe realize with our expanding staff  it can be difficult to know to whom you need to address an email. We have a new system we think will help greatly.

With this new system, there is no need to remember exactly which staff member deals with which kind of client service. All you need to do is determine if your email deals with a financial planning, investment, or  client service issue. Then you can send your message to one of the following three addresses: – for financial planning related issues, like estate planning or retirement questions. These will go to Rick, Sarah, and Nikolas. – for investment-related issues, like questions about accounts, trades, or buying or selling assets. These will go to Rick, Alison, and Nikolas. – for all client service requests, like setting an appointment, getting cash, or transferring an account. These will go to Lilly, Rick, and Sarah.

One advantage of using these three addresses is that, if one staff member is out of the office, someone else will see the email and be able to get back to you without delay. If you aren’t sure where your question fits, just send it to one of the these three addresses or to one of us directly. We’ll make sure it gets to the right person.
