If there is one thing we are, it is “available” to respond to your questions. In today’s connected society, we can be sure the right person on our staff will respond to you in a timely manner. When you have an emergency, we are there to provide guidance. When you have a general question about anything financial or investment related, we are there. We even handle requests for advice on many things you might not associate with a financial advisor, such as getting our opinions on trip planning, consumer purchases, referrals for other professional services, and advice on how to respond in a real estate negotiation. And if we don’t know, we can direct you to someone who may know.
