Kahler Contends There Are No Difficult Clients

Frustrated EmoticonRick was recently interviewed for an article titled “Strategies for Dealing With Irrational Clients” that appeared in Investment News this week.  Rick contended there aren’t any difficult clients.  “About 90% of financial decisions are made emotionally; these clients are following their wiring precisely,” he said. “The question is whether advisers want to spend the time and have the tools to get at the root of their issue.”  You can read more by clicking here.

    What is a difficult client? Is an easy client one who doesn’t ask questions? Is a difficult client one who watches and asks questions?
