This July, Dr. Ted Klontz will come to Rapid City to present a three-day workshop on “Exquisite Listening.” You might consider this workshop if you are interested in improving the quality of your relationships with partners, family members, friends, co-workers, and yourself.

Over the course of three days, participants practice listening and experiencing what it truly means to be listened to, something that many previous attendees have reported never ever experiencing. While Ted will share the latest research on human behavior and why it is important in relating to others, most of the learning is in practicing various listening and communicating skills with fellow participants.

Participants are invited to participate in exercises based on the body of knowledge gathered over 45 years of training and experience with the fields of Non-Violent Communication, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Psychodrama, Experiential Therapy, Values Clarification, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Meditation, and a number of other influences. These methodologies help in understanding and practicing tools designed to help resolve conflict, give and receive advice, and increase self-worth, self-acceptance, self-esteem, and levels of forgiveness and compassion.

Parents, adolescent children, couples, professionals, business groups, leadership groups, and individuals will benefit from this workshop. Participants often use the word “sacred” to describe the experience and report transformative changes in important personal and professional relationships as a result of what they experienced.

The workshop is Thursday through Saturday, July 16, 17, and 18, in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Attendance is limited to 25 participants. We currently have 15 seats remaining. You can get more details and secure your spot in this life-changing workshop here.
