We’ve moved the Financial Wellness Workshop – Integrating your money and your life up one week to begin on April 14th at 5 pm. We had unconsciously scheduled the event over Easter for the next weekend, which was not our original intention.
This workshop, which Rick co-facilitates with Dave Jetson, MS, is the only program Rick will co-facilitate this year that is designed for individuals and financial professionals seeking to understand their relationship with money. Anyone who has concerns about how he or she thinks and behaves around managing their finances can increase their understanding of their own behaviors and how their histories shape their current behavior.
In this workshop, participants have the opportunity to look at new ways of relating to money. Specific experiential techniques such as psychodrama, guided imagery, meditations, written exercises, and small group process are used along with didactic lectures and information. Many areas will be examined as they relate to money issues such as a family of origin, unresolved trauma, loss, shame, emotions, dreams, and hopes. By the program’s end, participants will have an opportunity to identify a plan of recovery for their financial future.
The workshop will be held at a lodge overlooking Lake Angostura, in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Click here for more information and to register online.
