Rick has over 30 years of real estate consulting experience as a licensed real estate broker and general certified appraiser.

He is qualified to advise clients on the most complex real estate transactions. When clients need to make decisions about whether owning or leasing is wiser for their business, a 1031 ta deferred exchange, a 721 tax deferred exchange (an UPREIT), or analyzing an income property, Rick is uniquely qualified to help.

He also assists clients with the emotional side of decisions like selling a long-time business or selling a family home when it is time to downsize at retirement.
